This is how my virtual cooking course works
» You will receive a box from me in advance by mail with all the ingredients, the recipe folder and the cooking apron.
» At the same time you will receive the login data for ZOOM by e-mail.
» You refrigerate all ingredients until the cooking class and have them ready in time for the start of the class
» I will send you the invoice by e-mail

Then it’s on!
» We start together with a short welcome and my introduction to the process. This way you get a feeling for which tasks are done first and which later.
» When everything is prepared and ready, we enjoy the bread and the starter together.
» Then we continue with the preparation and serving of the next courses until we have eaten the dessert for the finale.
» With this practical knowledge, you can cook all the dishes from the recipe folder again and again.

What you need for participation
» A smartphone, tablet or notebook that you can place safely near the cooking area and use to ask me questions during the cooking class.
» Your normal cooking equipment – I’ll let you know exactly what you need with the box.
