Pure gastronomic experience in the private dining room of top chef Robert Stolz

Robert Stolz, for all his distinction and expertise, is a very approachable host who will even help you out of your jacket personally and accompany his guests to the kitchen for an aperitif or welcome them on the terrace in summer. You won’t find the fuss of many star and celebrity chefs familiar from television here.

The atmosphere of Robert Stolz’s bright and open private kitchen, which merges with the two oak tables into the pleasantly discreetly lit dining area, is atmospheric, invitingly communicative, relaxing and thus also noticeably decelerating. No one stays permanently in their place; after just a few minutes you feel as if you were a private guest. Only one or two service staff remind you in passing that you are not with friends. Yet it already feels like it. Stand-up, small talk, questions, shop talk or intensive conversations – all this is expressly desired. After all, it is now time to feel good, time for togetherness, time for a unique culinary experience.

Indulgent experience at two oak tables - modern design

Up to 16 guests can be seated at the two oak tables. This preserves the private atmosphere. If required, there is also room for up to 20 people, which happens from time to time with separate group bookings.

Both tables look particularly good amidst the clear Nordic ambience of the room. The large BIGFOOT oak table by designer Philipp Mainzer was designed for the manufacturer e15 and produced in the Kelkheim furniture manufactory Lange Innenausbau & Einrichtung.

The smaller oak table, however, is in no way inferior to the BIGFOOT, except in terms of size. Clean lines, solid oak and soft earthy tones characterise these special pieces of furniture that link kitchen and dining room as well as garden and nature, providing a perfect stage for the top chef’s dishes. The design line is completed by Carl Hansen’s CH24 chairs from Denmark based on the design by Hans J. Wegener (1950) and the floor made of solid oak parquet.

Gastronomic experience with regional products and the influence of Nordic Cuisine

In general, Robert Stolz has a soft spot for the North and for Nordic cuisine, which is now known worldwide as original and innovative. Their influence is also always noticeable in his cuisine and the compositions of his menus and dishes. To this end, he relies on carefully selected products from regional partners and composes them in the course of the seasons in visually and tastefully ever new compositions on the plates. The good thing is that both culinary beginners and advanced gourmets get their money’s worth here. Even the portion sizes and the menu sequence are chosen so that guests with a more blessed appetite also leave satisfied. After all, gastronomic experiences should satisfy all the senses.

By the way: We do of course take allergies or intolerances into consideration, as well as vegetarian lifestyles, which you should simply state in advance when making your reservation. Unfortunately, a lactose-free menu is not possible.

Be there when top chef Robert Stolz opens the doors of his gastronomic experience in a private setting for you every Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 7.00 pm. On each of the 3 days of the week, 16 seats can be reserved at the two oak tables with a view into the open private kitchen. All dates for which there are currently still free places available can be found here.

The menu offer comprises 6 courses and 3 snacks including filtered table water at a price of 95.00 euros per person. Costs for additional alcoholic or anti-alcoholic beverages are separate and will be charged on site at the time of your visit.
